MEMBERSHIP: Dancing Miranda, Hammer Horror, Frostbite, C.A.T. I, Blackguard, The M.O.S.T.

VFH started out when Miranda Richards put on a pair of cursed red ballet slippers.  Who would have known this act would create such trouble?  Once she placed them on Miranda began a slow but steady descent into madness.  What made matters worse was that she attracted villains like rotting flesh attracts vermin.  First she found Horace Hobbs, who became Hammer Horror.  Soon afterwards the two of them managed to pull Calvin Hobbes’ (no relation to above) ass out of a particularly tight wringer; he became Frostbite.  Then she found Marcus Malborne (C.A.T. I) and Dr. Coad, which was quickly followed by Edward Adams (Blackguard).  Hans Schimelfenig answered an add in a villainous newspaper and became The M.O.S.T.  The group was finally rounded out when Rubber Band Girl joined.

Whether by accident of design, half the team is named after Kate Bush songs.  Lionheart is not amused.
