| The UPs are a group of thieves
who stumbled across a shipment of hi-tech ground vehicles that proved to
be incredibly agile and able to traverse all manner of terrain. They
decided to parlay the unexpected windfall into re-inventing themselves
into a high-profile super villain team. They led a reign of terror
across Canada's West coast until they attacked Vancouver one time too many
and were taken down by a young team of heroes known as the Neo Phyters.
Most of the Uni-Psychoes were captured, their special vehicles confiscated.
It is not known precisely how many Uni-Psychoes escaped. |
