Texas Southern (2-2) shut down Langston 's offense for three quarters, scoring 34 unanswered points.
The Lions (2-3 ) finally showed some spark, picking up six points in the fourth quarter on a 10-yard run by Jimmie Williams.
But Jermaine Joseph added a five-yard touchdown run after Langston 's scoring drive, increasing the Tigers' lead to 41-6.
Freddie Fair added another touchdown for the Lions with a 16-yard run. Both of LAngston 's extra-point attempts failed.
Texas Southern had 309 yards offense to Langston 's 212 yards.
