Houston, TX - - Texas Southern Athletics announce the unveiling of a new sports hotline at (713) 313-7245. The hotline will feature up to the minute game updates for sports in season, weekly events and ticket prices.

Houston, TX. - - In what amounted to a final tune-up before facing the prime stretch of their indoor season, the Texas Southern men's and women's track teams competed at the RunSport All-Comers Meet, Saturday, February 2 on the campus of the University of Houston.  Houston, TX - -Jere Chambers, Tremedia Brice, Brandon Garner and Chris Lloyd were all top finishers as the Flying Tigers Track and Field team competed at the University of Houston Indoor Invitational in the Yeoman Fieldhouse on the University of Houston campus on January 19, 2002.

 Houston, TX - -Melanie Carter and Chris Lloyd led the TSU men's and women's track and field teams to a eighth place finish with 28(women) and 30(men) points at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Indoor Meet Friday night at the Bill Yeoman Field House at the University of Houston.
