Changeling: Changelings are freezas race.  These things can transform 8 times.  At a power level of 13,000 at the minimum, Changelings can make their 1st transformation, your power level will go up by 25%, and you can turn back to your old self and train to have a ever more powerful transformation or you can stay transformed.  (Note the Following: This could very well change weather your character is good or bad) At a power level of 30,000 at the minimum, Changelings make their 2nd transformation, advancing their power level by 30%. Once at this stage you cannot go back to stage 1 or 2 so be careful of what you want to do. Once At a power level of 50,000 at the minimum, Changelings make their 3rd transformation, advancing their power level by 40%, once at this stage you cannot go back to stage 1, 2 or 3. At a power level of 100,000 at the minimum, Changelings make their 4th transformation, advancing to a power level by 55%, and you can turn back to stage 3 and train to have a ever more powerful transformation or you can stay transformed.  At a power level of 400,000 at the minimum, Changelings make their 5th transformation, advancing their power level by 70%, and you can turn back to stage 5 and train to have a ever more powerful transformation or you can stay transformed. At a power level of 1,000,000 at the minimum, Changelings make their 6th transformation, advancing your power level by 80%. Once at this stage you cannot go back to all the other stages so be careful of what you want to do. At a power level of 3,000,000 at the minimum, Changelings make their 7th transformation, advancing your power level by 70%. At a power level of 10,000,000 minimum, Changelings make their last transformation, advancing your power level by 101%.
