A message from our President: "From its very inception, Amateur Radio has proven to be a continuously evolving medium. From the early days of spark gap transmitters to the latest software defined radios, there has been a fascinating chain of evolution. It is incumbent on us as Amateur Radio operators, to evolve as our radios and ancillary equipment have done, or we will suffer the same fate as so many of our predecessors and fade into obscurity". G. Eric Mackie, 9Z4CP President May 14, 2002 |
