The Scriptures (Almighty God) versus Paul the Pharisee

"All scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."
That is what Paul the Pharisee says in 2 Timothy 3:16-17, and this is what he says in Titus 1:7, 9:
"For a bishop, as God's steward, must hold firm to the sure word as taught, so that he might be able to confute those who contradict it."
