Tour Size:  We will operate with a minimum of 4 persons up to 12 on a single tour.

Tour Dates:   

·         January, February, and early March are the best months for the cool weather.

·         June and July, the beginning of the rains when the land looks like a manicured park and Dogon country like a rock garden.

·         September, Independence day in Mali, Bozo canoe races, traditional celebrations.

·         November, The crossing of the Fulani herds across the Niger at Jefarabe.

(Call for tour dates that are being planned.  We will work with you and your group to arrange the dates best suited for you.)

Tour costs:  A 14-day tour costs $3000.00 per person.  This is a complete package that covers most of your tour costs including round trip airfare, food and lodging, entertainment, guide, and Africa land transportation fees.

Costs not included: 

·               Visa and passport

·               Transport to and from US side International Airport

·               Miscellaneous fees such as vaccinations, excess baggage, and any changes resulting from changes in the standard program.

·       Telephone calls and beverages

Payment schedule:  Tours take a long time to plan, and to secure places altogether on flights, it is necessary to secure your funds as quickly as possible.  Usually half the amount is a good benchmark around 3 months in advance.  Make checks or money order out to “ James McKinney.”
