Types of Slaves

BOND-MAID: the term for a slave girl used in Torvaldsland also called a girl
whose belly lies under the sword COIN GIRL: a slave girl who, with a coinbox and triangular flat bell chained
around her neck, is sent out in the streets of a city to earn money from Masters
in return for her sexual use DISPLAY SLAVE: a slave girl whose primary purpose is for the display of her
beauty to reflect the affluence of her Master; often chained in coffle with
other display slaves behind the palanquin or other transport of her Master KETTLE-AND-MAT GIRL: a slave girl whose function is divided between household
tasks and sexual servitude LUCK GIRL: a slave girl who acts as mascot onboard ship; her use is usually
reserved for the captain of the ship, but she may be shared with the crew,
usually as a disciplinary measure PASSION/EXOTIC SLAVE: a slave girl who has been bred, rather than captured;
specifically, one that has been bred for a particular trait, such as beauty
or slave heat or the shape of her lips PIERCED-EAR GIRL: a slave girl whose ears have been pierced; as piercing
a girl's ears is consider the ultimate degradation, it virtually guarantees
that the girl will never be freed; the practice first became popular in Turia,

her knees together and with her wrists crossed in front of her, as if for

The slave lays down on her belly, with forehead pressed to the floor. Crossing her ankles and taking her crossed wrists, she places them to the small of her back. The legs are held straight and her head slightly to the left. The slave remains motionless as it waits to be bound.

Both slaves went immediately to their bellies, their heads to the left, their
wrists crossed behind their backs, their ankles also crossed. It is a common
binding position. We did not bother to bind them, however. It was enough that

Belly:
The slave lays to its belly, parting the legs shoulder width apart. Pressing
its forehead to the ground and laying its hands palm up at its sides. If not
before the Master when command of belly is called slave must crawl to Masters
feet while in belly position.
"Belly," I said to Feiqa. Immediately Feiqa, trembling, went to
her belly on the stained, sooted stones near the fire.

Blanketing:
This, while not technically a command, is still an action the slave should
remember. If something is thrown over her head she must remain silent and
motionless until freed from it.
"I then threw the second blanket, the top blanket over her, covering
her completely. When a blanket or cloak is thrown over a slave like this she
may not speak or rise. She must remain as she is, silent, until the Master
or some Free Man lifts the covering away." Explorers of Gor g. 94.
Bracelets:
The slave kneels beautifully with thighs spread wide, its back arched, extending
its arms behind itself with wrists crossed in a delicate manner to await binding.
The head is held high and the eyes lowered to submission. It is at the Masters
request that a slave may also place its arms to the back with wrists crossed.
This may be referred to in some spots of gor as "bracelets Kneeling"

Display:
A slave stands with feet shoulder width apart, hipes turned slightly in a beautiful presentation. Shoulders, back straight and head high. Belly is in and fingers lace behind ones head under the hair at the neck.
"Stand as a slave," he said. I stood beautifully, back straight,
head high, belly sucked in, hip turned. No woman can stand more beautifully
than as a Gorean slave girl. "Excellent," said Ladletender, smacking
his lips. "Master is pleased," I said. "Yes," he said.

Gorean Bow:
The slave kneels in nadu form, spreading the thighs wide. It leans backwards
until her head just touches the floor. Then using the muscles a slave must
pull upwards, contorting its body in a sedcutive manner where in its breasts
thrust outwards, arching that lovely back. Exposed totally for the pleasure
of the One seeking the slave.
Over her iron collar she wore a heavy leather Kur collar, high, heavily sewn, with its large ring. He thrust her two wrists before her body, into the ring he had cut from the Kur. He then tied them inside, and to, the ring. He then, from his belt, tool a long length of binding fiber and, doubling it, looped it, securing it, as its center to the ring, leaving two long ends. He then threw her, on her back, over the body, head down, of the fallen Kur. He took the two loose ends of the binding fiber and, taking them under the body of the fallen Kur, dragged her wrists, elbows bent, over and above her head; he then, bending her knees, tied one of the loose ends about her left ankle, and the other about her right. Hair:
The slave remains in whatever position it is in but gently gathers its hair,
offering it to the Master.
"I held my left hand open, at my waist. She stiffened, and looked at
me angrilly. I opened and closed my hand once. I saw her training in Gorean
customs had been thorough. But she never thought that such a gesture would
be used to her. She came beside me and a bit behind, and crouching put her
head down, deeply. I fastened my hand in her hair. She winced. Women are helpless

Har ta:
If given this command it means the slave should "HURRY"
Heel:
A slave kneels just behind the Master's left boot. As He moves, it must also
move always to be right behind, yet never in touching contact.
"The forkbeard turned about and, one arm about Pudding, the other about
Gunnhild, started from the dock. Hilda followed him, to his left. "She
heels nicely," said Ottar. The men and bond mailds laughed. The Forkbeard
stopped. Hilda's face burned red with fury, but she kept her head high. Pet

High Harness
This command indicates to the slave that the Master wants it to expose its
throat to Him. Lift the head is as high as it can possibly lift up, exposing
the neck.
"Lift your head, " he said. "Higher. Higher!" She looked up at him, her head far back, the leash on her throat.."You need not now keep your head in high-harness position,", he said to the girl. She moved her head. Mercenaries of Gor, pg. 308 - 309
Kneeling Whipping position:
A slave kneels, thighs together, head to the floor. the slaves face is turned
to the left, with arms crossed across the chest, with the fingers resting
upon the shoulders. The hair is pulled over the left shoulder to expose the
back for punishment.
I went to Targo, trembling, and knelt at his feet.. I crossed my wrists beneath me and touched my head to the floor, exposing the bow of my back. It is the submissive posture of a slave girl who is to be punished. It is called Kneeling to the Whip." Captive of Gor pg 200.
Leading Position:
The slave approaches the Master's side, bending at the waist. The hair is
gathered and presented to the Master to lead the slave as He so wishes. In
a moment I had left the building, pulling the captive behind me, her head
down at my waist, in leading position. Mercenaries of Gor, Pg. 399 - 400
Leasha:
The slave stands with its back to the Master, legs parted, back erect, wrists
crossed at the small of the back for binding. The shoulders are held straight,head
held high and turned to the left. Eyes lowered in submission as it awaits
His leash.
"Lesha," snapped the second officer to the blond girl. She spun
from facing him, and lifted her chin, turning her head to the left, placing
her wrists behind her, as though for snapping them into slave bracelets. Explorers

Nadu:
Gorean translation is literally "to kneel" Nadu has been taught
to many as arching ones back slightly, however in true to gorean form it is
with back STRAIGHT, the thighs spread wide to show the slave heat to the One
a slave is serving, breasts/chest thrust forward in a seductive manner, belly
taut, hands on thighs, palms up as to show open fires, and the head held high
as the eyes lower in submission.

Obediance:
A slave lays on her belly and places her chin at her Master's feet. As the
men came to breakfast we extended them obeisance and served them. Slave girl

Obeisance:
"There are many ways to perform obeisance," I said. "I am a
Free woman," she said. "I know none of them." "I shall
instruct you briefly in three," I said. "First, kneel before me,
back on your heels, yes, with your knees wide, wider, your hands on your thighs,
back straight and breasts out. Good, your belly in, good, and now lower your
head in deference, in submission." "Now that," I said, "may
not be exactly a performance of obeisance, for authorities do not all agree,
but for our purposes we shall count it as one. It is, at any rate, a beautiful
position, and it is, certainly, a common position of slave submission. Now,"

Prostrate:
This is usually done upon awaiting entry to a room or awaiting His command.
The slave kneels, touching the forehead to the floor, stretching the arms
out before it palms down with fingers spalyed wide.
At his entrance Susan put the palms of her hands on the floor and lowered
her head to the tiles, assuming a position of slave obeisance common with
her in the presence of her master. I wondered if Ligurious's slave master

She-Quadraped:
She quad or she-quadrupled (also referred to as she-sleen) The slave lowers
itself to elbows and knees. Lowering the upper torso forward, clasping the
hands over its head,the derriere is raised as the thighs part to be taken
as the animal it is. Abuse it, view it, enjoy it as it is the Masters wish.
Melina, now a naked slave in sleen collar, was ordered forth on her hands
and knees. A sleen leash was attached to her collar and she was marched, as

Slave Lips:
The slave turns its head up to the Master, pursing the lips in kissing position. The slave awaits moitionless until given the command to be released from position.
Similarly, I was not required to respond to certain sorts of commands, for
example, to make "slave lips," pursing my lips for kissing, or to

Submission:
A slave kneels, bending at the waist and placing the cheek of the slaves face
to the floor, then gingerly taking the boot of the Master's right foot, places
it to the neck of the slave. The arms are then brought to the slaves back
with the wrists crossed. This position is to show complete submission, offering
the life of the slave to the Master. Done when either a Master is displeased
or to show complete love.
Submit:
She is yours," he said. He took his strap off her throat and unbound
her hands. "Submit," I told her. She knelt before me, back on her
heels, arms extended, head down between her arms, wrists crossed as though
for binding. "I submit to you, Master." she said. I tied her hands
together she then lowered her bound wrists; I pulled up her head. I held,
"Can you read?" I asked her. "No, Master," she said. "It
says," I said, "I am the girl of Tarl of Teletus." I then ko'lared

Sula:
A slave lies flat to its back the thighs spread shoulder width apart. The
arms are to be placed at ones side with palms up, unless the Master requires
extending the arms above the head, with the wrists are crossed. Eyes remain
lowered as the slave awaits Master's use.
"Sula, Kajira!" he said. She slid her legs from under her and lay
on her back, her hands at her sides, palms up, her legs open. Explorers of

The slave lies flat to the floor, face upward, hands laid to sides with palms
open and up. The legs are spread wide and the hips are slowly lifted from
the floor in preparation of Master;s pleasures with ONLY His wishes evident.
This is a common disciplinary position and certainly not meant to give a girl
pleasure. It is used to remind a slave of her place and purpose. In this position
the Master uses the slave for the sole purpose of His own relief, habitually
violently and with little time wasted.
I went to the side of the room and picked up my sea bag. I threw it to the
center of the room. She looked down at it puzzled. It was of heavy blue material,
canvas, and tied with a white rope. "Lie down upon it," I told her,
"on your back, your head to the floor." She did so. "No, please,"

A slave kneels with the thighs modestly together, back held straight,eyes
lowered and palms resting downwards upon the thighs, or resting in lap with
the wrists crossed for binding. This position is used most when serving Mistress
or when a slave is of white silks.

up. Back on your heels there! Spread those pretty knees. Yes, that is the

The position of the Tower slave, in which Vika knelt, differs from that of a Free Woman only in the position of the wrists which are held before her, and when not occupied, crossed as though for binding. Priest kings of Gor Pg 46.
Whipping Position:
The slave drops to its knees and raises the hips, placing the head to the
floor and crossing the arms across the belly. If the slave has long hair it
is to pulled to the side exposing the back and posterior for the taste of
the WHIP.
Whips Caress:
He knelt me there. "Put your head down, to the floor," he said.
"Clasp your hands, firmly, behind the back of your neck." "Yes
Master," I moaned. He was then behind me. He put his hands, under my
arms, on my breasts, sweetly and firmly. then he moved his hands back, carressing
my flanks. My head was down. My fingers were together, behind the back o fmy
neck. I was in his collar. It was steel, I could not remove it. I belonged
