1959 TR3A
Some Assembly
Required
The disassembly notebook had 134 steps outlined.  Basically working from step 134 back to 1 got things to here.  Or, as Haynes would say "Assembly is the reverse of the above".  All that remains is the changeover to wire wheels which will come after I've cleaned up the wheel wells from overspray and much sanding dust.
I took great care to test every circuit first with an ohm meter then with a test light in series and finally full power.  Happily, everything worked perfectly the first time around.
A new interior sure makes a difference in the look of the car.  The body guys did such a nice job on the finish that I felt compelled to uphold their standard.
My personal preference is for an engine compartment that shows a patina of wear  appropriate for the age of the car with everything clean but not polished.  Oh, I did fix that gas leak apparent on the exterior of the bowl of the front SU.
