1959 TR3A In Primer

The final coat of primer is in place... a funky maroon and gray look that will soon be replaced by a base coat in red.

The bonnet was stripped to bare metal to assure it could flex and heat up without creating finish problems.

Hey, these sills are looking nice.  Mario spent a lot of time getting them right as this can be a problem area.  New stone guards will be fitted to the rear wings.

The next step is color -- restoring the original color of Signal Red.  Though a lot of work remains seeing the car in red will feel like a real turning point in the project.
