Compendium

It imposes on each member of the Intellect Club by the implicative and determinative self-censorship specific to the personalities with an intelligence quotient (IQ) and/or a quotient of emotional capacity (EQ) superior to the existential quantifier $ defined by the nablator statistically superior to 125. The psychosomatic characteristic of those implied in the activity of the Cultural Association “Thinker”, respectively of the Intellect Club, is rigorously determined by the following fundamental configurations of behavioral defining:

1. It has imperative character.

2. Represents the exclusive consequence of thinking capacity superiorly defined by the impulses of the emotional reactions.

3. It applies to each structural level.

4. Both the particular and the collective thinking operate simulated on virtual models, structuring ideally and substantially objective formatting.

5. The thinking-specific operations are initialized by the akashic energy (the information), that potentates the capacities in dynamic energy and, based on punctual analysis, it abstracts the conclusion in the synthesis.

Particular note no. 1:

Is disqualifiable by de-scoring with three magnitude orders from the level Nabla of 125 any semantic confusion between the vocabula synthesis and the vocabula summary. The consequence of this fact concretizes by the interdiction to the confusion maker to express views, opinions and conclusions in verbal form for a time of six months. During this time the previous speaker will express his thought only in written form, that he will present to the director of the Analysis-Synthesis Department, elaborating at the same time solutions for the problems imposed by the specific algorithm, comprised in the alpha-numerical codes F1 to F6 Questionnaires. These have a particular casuistic character and are elaborated by the Gnosis Department. The final material will be annexed to the personal file and constitutes an argument for access or temporary interdiction to the superior structural stage. The Dean’s Office analyses the stage of the intellectual evolution of the case and disposes accordingly by written communication, remitted by the secretariat.

6. The problem exposés of the Cause-Effect determination, simulated models, virtual realities’ structures and the definition of the objectual evidences are regularly presented under the form of verbal exposé, which allows the dialoged dynamics. But, it is mandatory that any unitary problem to be sustained by at least a descriptive compendium regarding all the details and the particularities of the approached idea. The collateral interventions will be optically-acoustically recorded or, in a last instance, stenographed. The recordings are deposed to Dean’s Office Secretariat. This delivers them to Hierarchic Stages Coordination Department, which elaborates a unitary, homogenous material, free of ambiguities and/or unconformities, which is delivered to the Conception Department and is archived in the Section Information Stockpiling.

7. In the colloquial manifestations the passionate exposés are strictly prohibited, as are vanity manifestations, insulting formulas like “It isn’t true”, ideal fixations lacking argumentative and augmentative support, as well as the intolerance of not receiving to its end the exposition. The moderator of the respective colloquium immediately stops any manifestation of this kind, and, if it is the case, he proposes Dean’s Office a sanction in accordance with Particular Note No. 1, contained by the present compendium.

8. During the club meetings can be also held free discussions intempestively generated, which have no colloquial character. During these, will be retained the essential ideas, ad-hoc instituting a person or a group of persons that will develop these in a total and fundamented structure the thought’s idea / ideas.

9. The moderator of a colloquial meeting is instituted by rotation from the members of the specific stage, following a program elaborated quarterly by the Coordinator Director of the Hierarchical Stages Department.

10. The written materials regarding problems in perspective of debate will be deposed to Dean’s Office Secretariat, at least 10 days before the discussion’s date. Here they will be multiplied in a sufficient number in order to be consulted by the members of the respective stage. The free speeches of a person for a consecutive interval cannot surpass five minutes.

11. A colloquial meeting cannot surpass three hours.

12. The forms of presentation of thinking are: conferences, exposés, lessons cycles, seminars, lectures, etc. (all printed), followed by the free discussions and the colloquial meetings. The presentations cannot be only affirmative, but at least illustrative and as a rule demonstrative. In conformity to the principles of fundamental thinking, the demonstration is experimental and reproducible or theoretical and determined by the quantifier functors. In conformity with the theories of the quantum philosophy can also be held singular and irreproducible presentations. The assertions of this last case are retained only in a form of inventory’s benefit.

13. During the exposés of any nature, the written and the verbal language must be structured in a selective, elegant, elevated, inciting topic, lacking banalities and primitivisms, containing stylistic element stimulating the imaginative thinking on rapport of semantic amplitude.
