Blue Cheese Dressing
1 Tablespoon low-fat or light Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons low-fat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 to 3 drops of hot sauce (like tobacco)
1 dash of light coloured or regular Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 to 2 oz crumbled bleu cheese, such as Maytag or Gorgonzola
Pinch Kosher salt
Pinch of white pepper, or to taste
Combine the mayo & sour cream in a bowl, mix until smooth; add the garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce mix to combine

Slowly add the buttermilk, whisking to combine

Fold in the crumbled bleu cheese, add the salt & white pepper to taste

Store in an airtight container in the regrigerator for about 1 month
