1 to 2-lbs chicken wings (rinsed & padded dry), and soaked over night in
beer brine
           1/4 cup honey
           2 tablespoons
Mexican “Taco” Spice Mix
           1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
           2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Pre-heat oven to 400-degrees F.

1. If using brine, drain chicken wings, picking out any & all spices, pat dry with paper towels

2. In a bowl mix together the honey, Spice Mix (depending on how spicy you want the wings, add 2-for mild, 4-for spicier wings-tablespoons) and oil, mix to combine

3. Toss the chicken wings in the honey-spice mixture to coat

4. Place honey coated chicken wings on a sheet pan, and bake in a 400° oven until chicken is cooked thru, about 40-45 minutes turning once


Serve with bleu cheese dressing & celery sticks
