Citrus Vinaigrette
Equal parts, Lemons, Limes and Oranges to make 1 cup
1/4 cup White  or Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
About 2 teaspoons Honey
A dash or 2 of Hot Sauce, such as Tabasco
3/4 cup Canola Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a bowl, whisk together the citrus juice, vinegar, mustard, honey & hot sauce.

Whisk in the oil in a slow steady stream.

Add the salt & pepper to taste. 

Store in airtight container in the Refrigerate until ready to use
Yields about 2 cups
