THE COCKTAIL SAUCE
1/2 cup Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons light or dark Beer
1 heaping tablespoon prepared Horseradish 
1 tablespoon White Wine Worcestershire Sauce
The zest & juice of half of 1/2 Lemon
1/2 Jalapeņo, Serrano or Thai Chili Pepper, finely minced (optional) 
1 teaspoons Italian Parsley, finely minced (optional) 

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients, mix to combine  

Keep refrigerated until ready to use 
Yields about 3/4 cup
