Sun-Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread
Italian parsley for garnish

Pre-heat broiler to high

On a sheet pan, lined with parchment paper place the crostini toast

Spread the goat cheese evenly on the toast

Place the crostinis under the broiler until the cheese is slightly browned, (about 1 to 2 minutes) watch so the toast does not to burn

Place a sprig of parley on each toast & serve
