Crostini Toast

- 1 loaf Italian baguette cut into 1/4 or 1/2-inch diagonal slices
- olive oil
- garlic clove, cut in half

Brown bread rounds on a grill, lightly brush with the olive oil

Grill until light brown on both sides, turning once, about 1 to 2 minutes

Rub the garlic clove (with the cut side) on the grill bread
