Garlic Herb Croutons 1 LB par-bake French bread 3/4 cup Olive Oil 2 TBSP Granulated Garlic Pinch of Kosher Salt 1 large pinch of Italian Herb Mix Pre-heat the oven to 350-degrees F. Cut the French bread into cubes, and place on a half pan. Roast the bread for about 10-15 minutes, just to toast them, cool slightly. In a bowl mix together the oil, garlic & salt, mix to combine. Add the bread to the oil mixture and stir well, to coat each of the toasted cubed bread. Place the coated bread cubes, again back on the sheet pan and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, until firm to the touch. Store the croutons in an airtight container until ready to use. |
