| - 20 or so… Amoretti cookies, coarsely broken (about 2-1/4 cups pieces) - 1/4 cup (2-oz) sweet butter, melted & cooled Preheat oven to 350-degrees F Finely grind amoretti cookies in a food processor Add butter and blend until crumbs come together Press mixture over bottom and up sides of 9-inch-diameter tart pan with removable bottom Bake crust until the crust browns slightly, pressing sides with back of spoon if beginning to slide, about 5 to 7 minutes Cool completely |
