ADD THE JUICE & ZEST AND THE BRANDY REMOVE MIXTURE TO A HEAVY SAUCEPAN AND ADD THE WATER COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING SO MIXTURE WILL NOT SCORCH.
