Chocolate Glaze

6-oz semi-sweet chocolate (chocolate chips may be used)
2-oz sweet butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup

In the top of a Bain-Marie (double boiler), heat all of the ingredients over low heat

Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted

After all of the chocolate has melted, pour over the cake

Yields enough Glaze for one-9" cake
