Grilled Citrus Marinated Ahi Tuna
On Baby Mixed Green with Citrus Vinaigrette
THE MARINADE:
The juice of 2 Oranges, about ¼ cup
The juice & zest of 2 Lime, about ¼ cup
The juice of 1 lemon, about 2 tablespoons
1½ tablespoon Blackening Spice (
see recipe) or Old Bay Seasoning, (see recipe)
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh Garlic, finely minced
2 to 3 tablespoons Olive Oil 

Ahi Tuna filets 
Baby Mixed Green Mix
Tomato wedges (preferably heirlooms) & Lemon or Lime wedges
Citrus Vinaigrette, (
see recipe) Mediterranean Sauce, (see recipe

In a shallow dish, combine all of the marinade ingredients, mix to combine
Add the tuna, turned to coat, cover & refrigerate for about 1 hour and no longer than 4, turning half way thru  

Remove the tuna from the marinade & discard  

Over medium-high heat coals, on indirect heat, grill the tuna, for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness

Serve on the baby mixed greens & tomato wedges, dressed with citrus vinaigrette, with lemon or lime wedges on the side
Top the tuna with 1 heaping tablespoon of the Mediterranean Sauce and serve
