15-80 COUNT POTATOES, PEELED & QUARTERED 

COOK POTATOES IN SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER, COOL
MASH POTATOES WITH YOUR HANDS, (MASH SO YOU HAVE SOME CHUNKS, AFTER ALL, YOU?RE NOT SERVING MASHED POTATOES) 

MIX OTHER INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND ADD TO POTATOES  

REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO USE
