Hoisin Barbeque Sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce, found in specialty stores, and supper markets
2 Tabspoons Ketchup
1 to 2 or more minced Chipotle Chilies Peppers in Adobo Sauce
1 to 2 Tablespoon mashed
Roasted Garlic, or 2 to 3 Minced Garlic cloves
1 to 2 teaspoons Rice Wine Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, mix to blend.

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for about 1 week until ready to use.

Use on grilled foods such as fish, poultry or meats.

Grilling tip:
When grilling, do not brush the sauce until turned, brush on the "Q" sauce when finishing grilling, on the second side. Add additional sauce when ready to serve... and enjoy!
