HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
1 cups Spenda® or 2 cups vanilla or regular granulated sugar
1¼ cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup non-fat dry milk powder
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch kosher salt
pinch ground cinnamon
8-oz semi-sweet chocolate, shredded
8-oz white chocolate, shredded

In a bowl, mix together the Spenda®, non-dairy creamer, non-fat dry milk, cocoa powder, salt & cinnamon; mix to combine

In the bowl of a food processor, in batches add the shredded chocolates with the chocolate-cocoa mixture
Process until shredded chocolate is combined

Store in airtight container until ready to use

To serve: add ¼ to 1/3 cup hot chocolate mix to 1 cup boiling hot water, mix to dissolve chocolate & serve with sweetened whipped cream or marshmallows
