1 recipe of Lemon Curd
1 cups Heavy Cream (whipping cream)
2 tablespoons of Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Whisk the cream, sugar & vanllia until stiff peaks form.

Gently whisk in 1/3 of the sweetened Whipped Cream into the Lemon Curd, to lighten the curd, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.

Spoon or pipe into decorative dessert glasses & serve with an additional dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top.  


Yields about 4 to 6 servings
