Soy-Honey Marinade 3 tablespoons Basic Vinaigrette, (see recipe) 2 tablespoons honey ¼ cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice Whisk all ingredients together Refrigerate until ready to use Suggested marinade for; fish, (such as Salmon or Halibut) or Chicken Marinade, (chicken or fish) for about 1 to 2 hours before grilling on a BBQ or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat Cooks Note: Made Salmon & Red Bell Peppers kabobs for friends, and everyone love them... enjoy |
