PEPPER LIME BUTTER

­ ¼-LB (½-cup) sweet butter, melted & cooled

­ Pinch kosher salt
­ 1 medium size jalapeño chili pepper, seeded & minced finally
­ The zest & juice of 1 lime
­ ½ teaspoon granulated garlic


Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until ready to use in the refrigerator
