HERB POLENTA
6 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 cup polenta
2 TBSP sweet butter
2 TBSP Italian herbs


Veggie spray a 10 X 10-inch pan, set aside

1. In a heavy pot, bring the water & salt to a boil

2. Slowly whish in the polenta
Lower heat and cook (whisking constantly), until cooked & not grainy, about 5 to 10 minutes

3. Add the sweet butter & herbs
Pour mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate until ready to use
