COLE SLAW 
WITH CELERY SEED & SOUR CREAM DRESSING
THE DRESSING:
2/3 CUP  MAYONNAISE
½ CUP SOUR CREAM
2 TBSP CIDER VINEGAR
1 TBSP HONEY
2 TBSP MINCED ONION 

TO MAKE SLAW:
SHREDDED ABOUT 1 HEAD OF GREEN CABBAGE
SHREDDED ABOUT 2 CARROTS
1 TO 2 tsp. CELERY SEEDS, (OR TO TASTE)
1 MEDIUM RED ONION, THINLY SLICED  

MIX ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING & SET ASIDE 

MIX TOGETHER THE CABBAGE, CARROTS, CELERY SEEDS & THE ONIONS TOGETHER
ADD DRESSING AS NEEDED AND ADJUST SEASONINGS

LET SET FOR ABOUT ½ HOUR BEFORE SERVING
