Spicy Louis Dressing
1 cup Mayonnaise
Purée 1 to 2 Chipotle Chili Peppers in Adobo Sauce, to yield 1½ to 2 teaspoons 
¼ cup Ketchup
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic 
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, shredded
¼ cup sweet Pickle Relish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
The Juice of 1 Lemon
3 to 4 tablespoons White Vinegar 

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix to combine.  

Store in the refrigerator until ready to use, in an airtight container.
Yields about 2 cups
