STEAMED MUSSELS*
(In foil & steamed on the Grill)
-1-pound mussels, washed & de-bearded
-2 to 4 gloves garlic, finely minced
-½ cup dry white wine
-¼ lemon

1. Place the mussels in the foil (about a 18 X 18-inch piece), crimp the sides & add the garlic & wine
Squeeze in the lemon and close up the foil

2. Place foil pouch over hot coals, steam (or grill) for about 10-12 minutes or until the mussels open

Recipe can also be doubled

Yields about 2 servings or 4 to 6 appetizers
Serve with additional lemon wedges

*NOTE: Clams can be substituted
