½ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed

4-oz cold sweet butter
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons orange zest, chopped fine

Place all of the ingredients in a mixer with the paddle attachment

Mix until the flour mixture resembles small peas

Store in air tight container, refrigerated until ready to use

Yields about 1½ cups
