Grilled Asparagus
2 to 3 tablespoon of the Basic Vinaigrette
About 1 bunch of Asparagus, washed, drained and the ends snapped off 


Place the asparagus on a sheet pan or shallow cassarole dish
 
Spoon the vinaigrette over the prepared asparagus, toss to coat 

On a medium-high heat grill, place the asparagus, covered & cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side 

Serve hot or cold
