Basic Vinagrette Dressing
3 Tablespoon Vinegar, (white wine, apple cider, red wine, or a combinations)
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Pinch of Salt & Black Pepper
Pinch of Granulated Garlic, (optional)
¼ teaspoon sugar or honey
Dash of hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1 teaspoon lemon juice, juice from about half a lemon
½ cup vegetable oil, such as Canola or safflower
2 teaspoons toasted Sesame Seeds, (optional)  

Place all ingredients in a canning jar, cover with the lid & shake until well mixed. 


Store in the vinaigrette in canning jar 
Refrigerator until ready to use Keeps 1 to 2 months
