Champagne Vinegar Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons Muscat Champagne Vinegar
1 tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
1 teaspoon Honey
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
3 to 5 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste 
In a bowl, whish together all of the ingredients except the oil. 

Whish in the oil, in slow steady steam

Season to taste with the salt & pepper

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use
Yields about ¾ cups
