Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
with Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoons puréed  Roasted Garlic
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Large Pinch Italian Herb Mix
1½ cup Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
n the bowl of a food processor, combine the roasted garlic & balsamic vinegar.

With the machine running, add the oil, thru the feeder tube, in a slow steady stream. 

Season to taste with salt & pepper. 

Store in airtight container until ready to use
Refrigerate for about one to two weeks
