Raspberry Vinaigrette
½ cup Raspberry Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Orange Juice

/4 cup Canola Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil and the salt & pepper

Slowing whisk in the oil, in a slow steady stream

Season to taste with the salt & pepper
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use
Serve at room tempurature
Yields about 1 cup
