Things to be avoided

1. You should not make interviewing appointment with many companies in the same day as this may create many problems.

2. You should not shake the interviewer's hand if he did not offer his hand first.

3. You should not interrupt when the interviewer is speaking or ask too many questions as that can make him wonder who is interviewing who.

4. You should not ask any questions about vocational leave, coming in late, or leaving early because these shows that the applicant have no real interest in the work.

5. You should not wear sunglasses or clover your mouth when you are speaking.

6. Try not to show that you are nervous or being too excited. Take a deep breath, relx, and control yourself.

7. Try not to show that you are over-enthusiastic. Remember that we do not need the job, but only the job that needs us.

8. You must always tell the truth because the interviewer may be able to catch you telling lies easily.

9. Try not to use the sentence "i don't know" when answering questions unless there is really no way out.

10. You should not ask question relating to salary until the interviewer is satisfied with you. In most case, the interviewer should ask that question.

11. Never gossip or mention what you dislike about your previous employer.

12. You should not take anyone to the interviewing place with you as this may show that you lack of self-confident. You should arrive at the interviewing place alone.

13. When introducing yourself, you should not use your title. Forexample, you should not use "I'm Mr.Pasit" or "I'mDr.Thirs", you should use "I'm Thira"

14. You must not use English slang such as "yeah" instead of "yes"

15. When talking in the academic field, do not use shoter words such as, "socio" instead of "Sociology", "psycho" instead of "Psychology", "chem" instead of "Chemistry", "econ" instead of "Economics", etc.

16. In the case when the interviewer use the word "thank you". You should always answer back as "You're welcome!" or "It doesn't matter". Never use the word "Never mind".

17. Never greet the interview by using the word "hello!"

18. In the case when you agreed with the interviewer, use the phras "yes, sir" or "yes, madam" If disagree, use "no, sir" or "no, madam".

19. In the case when you want the interview to repeat the question, use the phase "I beg you "pardon" or "pardon" or "again please".

20. In the case when the interviewer invites you to sit down by saying "please sit down", you should always thank the interviewer. Do not just sit down.

21. At the end of the interview, you should always use the phase "Thanks you for calling me for this interview".
