How to answer the question



Answer each question with confident, speak slowly and clearly in an orderly fashion, try not to use "arr" and remember all the information. Be polite and always keep eyes contact, do not stare at the ceiling or on the floor.

Answering Technique

There are different ways of answering interview questions, all depending on the question and the people. There are basic techniques to answer some questions, but there is no strict rules.

How was your childhood?
-Tell the truth about your life as far bback as you can remember until just before you enter the university, but not in too much details. You can tell him about your family, what they are their occupations, etc.


How was your academic life?
-You may start with life at primary or ssecondary school or even at university. Why choose to study in that kind of areas. What activities you have done and why. What is your best and worst subjects and why.


Why do you want to work in this company?
-Because the company has high reputationn, stability, good management system, it's products are well known thoughout the society.


Do you enjoy working alone or with other people?
-In general, most companies want all theeir employees to be cooperative, therefor the answer should show that you enjoy working with others, have good interpersonal skills, and have the ability to influence others.


Do you want your boss to be a man or a woman?
-You should answer fairly by starting thhat a woman or a man will not have any effect on your work. In addition, you beleive that if a company has chosen a person to be a boss, that person will have the quality to be a good leader, and therefore, gender is not an important issue.


What are your strong points?
-Do not show-off too much. You must try to bring out points that express you are worthy for a position in the company. For example, you might state that you have good human relation (tutor, lecturer and friends always making commends), or you can state that you are cooperative and that the success of some activities you performed were depended upon your ability of being cooperative.


What are your weak points?
-Never state that you have no weak pointt. There is no perfect human-being in this world. Try to find weak points that you think you can improve easily. For example, you may say that you have hot temper but you will try to be more considerate. At the same time, remember that you do not have to state all of your weak points.


What is your life objective?
-You must to be able to show that you haave plans for the future, but also you must remember that it must be a reachable vision. For example, you may want to be a Head of department within 5 years.


How would you use your salary?
-You ought to show that you have a good budget plan. For example, separate leisure, fix cost, savings etc. This express that you are organize and responsible.


What is your educational plan?
-Try to express that you have more interrest in work than in education. If lots of hard work men no time for education then you should not be interested in continue education. Howerver, if there is time and there will be no effect in your work, then you may have to discuss it with your superior.


What is your hobbies?
-Your hobbies should be something usefull and creative such as sports, reading, and planting. This is to show that you are making your free time useful.


If you do not get the position you want, will you be interested in other position?
-Try not to be an indecisive person by sstill having interest in the applied position, but you will also consider other positions. What suitable position should depend upon the interviewer's decision.


How many other company have you applied and if you get a position from this company, then other company offer you a job with higher salary, would you resign from our company?
-If you had applied with other company, you should tell the interviewer. And if you get a position in this company, you would freely accept and would not resign even if other company offer higher salary rate because this company has a good management system and table. Money is not an important issue, but work is.
