Points to be careful when answering questionsSome interviewers may be experience enough to be able to bring out your weak points if you are not careful by asking indirect questions, asking you to repeat your answer again and again, asking the impossible and asking irritable questions.
For examples :
1You said you had problems with your friends while conducting some activities.
2Just now, you told me that you had some conflicts with your friends while organizating sports activity, I think that is what you just told me, can you tell me again?
3 Are you certain that you did not have conflict with your friends while orgainzating sport activity, then why didn't your friends cooperate with you?
4I think that the subjects that you studied are not suitable in this present time.
5If you have 100 million bahts, what would you do?
6If you have 5 subordinates and 3 of them want to take a vocation leave, would you give them permission or not, and why?
7If the company want you to dismiss one of your employee, you have 2 sub-ordinates : one worker performs his work well but slow, and the other workes fast but the quality of his work is not good, who would you dismiss? and give reasons
Question : 1 2 3 are repeated indirect questions, the objective is to confuse you and look for your mistakes.
Question : 4 is an irritable question to see your reaction, see your personality, and see your self-control.
Question : 5 is to measure your future plan, to see weather your vision is reachable, and what you really want to accomplish.
Question : 6 7 are used to measure your decision making process, etc.
The interviewer will evaluate the applicant by their decision-making process, leval of communication, and their expressed personality.
