My name is Debjani Roychoudhury, my husband's name is Soumya
Jyoti Roychoudhury. We live in Budd lake, New Jersey. We came here
in January, 2001.
Soumya & me met with each other on 21st March, 1999. We bacame
instant friends. We got marraied on 10th of July, 1999. Our
marriage is truly the best thing in our life. We are so lucky to
have found each other & to have fallen in love.
Now here is a short story of our family.
My dad's name is Mr. Susil Kumar Chatterjee, & my mom's name
is Mrs. Rekha Chatterjee. They stay in Calcutta. My father is an
Electrical Engineer from B.E. College, Calcutta, but by profession he
is a very successful businessman. My mom is a very cute housewife,
dedicates her life for betterment of her daughters & husband. I
have two sisters. My elder sister, Debika stays in Calcutta with her
husband Avijit Bhattacharya. Debika and Avijit, both are engineers.
Avijit is working in T.C.S. My younger sister, Debatri stays in
Calcutta with my parents. She is doing M.Tech. in Radio Physics from Calcutta University.
I have a very cute little niece, Diya - daughter of Debika & Avijit.
She has just started going to school.
My husband, Soumya's family also live in Calcutta. His mother
Mrs. Tripti Roychoudhury stays in Calcutta. Soumya's father Late
Himansu Mohan Roychoudhury left us on 15th May, 1981. He was the
Area Manager for Eastern Zone at Burroughs Welcome India Ltd.
Soumya's elder sister, Arundhati lives in Calcutta with her husband
Somenath Banerjee. Arundhati is teaching in a school & Somenath is an
MBA, working in - Bridge & Roof, Calcutta. They have two daughters
Somedatta & Suchetana. Somedatta is doing her B.A. degree from
Jadavpur University and Suchetana is in 9th standard. Soumya's
elder brother, Himajyoti stays in Haldia with his wife & a very
sweet daughter Bristi. Himajyoti is in Exide Industries.
