Hey Everyone!
Wow, it's been a YEAR since I last updated my page! I've been busy as a bee this past year and I just recently turned two! In the past year, I've done a lot of things - camping, more plane rides, car trips, etc... and learned so much! I did swimming lessons last summer with my dad - I just love the water! During the spring, I did gymnastics and that was good fun. I learned lots of different rolls and skills. This summer, I am going to be doing soccer with my dad - I can hardly wait, it's going to be so much fun running and kicking balls around. Those big kids better watch out 'cause I'm comin' for them! I also do a little bit of karate with my parents. I know how to bow in and out of dojo, kick and punch and a few Japanese terms. I don't get to take classes with the other kids yet but I can do some things. Mom and Dad said I've become quite a talker and mentioned something about a Minah bird or something... Talking is better than grunting and crying because I find I get what I want much faster by talking. But don't fret, I still throw tantrums for my parents' benefit when things aren't quite going my way - I LOVE BEING TWO! My most favorite thing in the world right now is Thomas the Tank Engine! I just LOVE trains and I have quite a collection going on. I can spend hours at my train table and just play and play. I know the names of all the trains and I can spot them from miles away, my Mom and Dad are still trying to figure that out. I am getting really good with numbers and letters and can read some site words. I really love books and my flashcards that Mom and Dad help me with. Dad is trying to help me with writing my name but so far, I just like to write the 'J'. I'm also working on potty training. I'm not quite sure how I feel about it but I have peed and pooped on the potty so I guess it's progress. Peeing on the floor gets such a rise outa my parents though, great fun if you ask me! Other than the major stuff, I keep a pretty busy social schedule with my playgroup friends and birthday parties and such. Ah, to be a kid, right? Well, I'm off to enjoy my summer and hope to update a little bit more often. Here are some recent pictures, enjoy! -XOXO, Jason |
