2003

 Most of the lights in this village are on telegraph posts and there are about 20 of them and some STANTON AND STANLEY concrete posts and all the lights are mounted at 5M high .

Most of the lanterns are top entry open type lanterns with glass refractors ,discharge bulbs ( mercury ? ) ,timeswitches and some miniature 1 part photocells which are on some control boxes .

The main road through PADBURY ( A413 ) YEAR APRIL 2003	There is about 20 of these lanterns in PADBURY . A telegraph post with a ELECO top entry open type lantern with a glass refractor . On the control box the lid is missing and you can see the timeswitch and the discharge bulb control gear . In this lantern there is 3 pin BC bulb holder in it and it got a MBF MERCURY discharge bulb in the lantern .

LOWER WAY YEAR APRIL 2003	Close up of a top entry ELECO WELWYN MK3 HW851 open type lantern with a glass refractor and a discharge bulb (MBF , mercury ? ) . I seen 2 of these in PADBURY .
SPRINGFIELDS YEAR APRIL 2003	A 5M STANTON AND STANLEY concrete post with a post top ACFORD AC764 lantern . I seen 2 of these in PADBURY .
