RINGWAY ST NICHOLAS ( A4053 ) YEAR SPRING 2003	There are a lot of these lanterns along this road and they are on 10M metal posts . The lantern is a side entry GEC 8426 lantern ( LESS GEAR , SON bulb) with a NEMA socket photocell .
HALES STREET YEAR SPRING 2003	All the roads are being changed and the council installed new lighting . The posts are 10M metal type and the lanterns are THORN TRIUMPH 2 lanterns ( MH bulbs , miniature 1 part photocells ) . The old lights were 10M metal posts with PHILIPS SGS 203 lanterns ( SONT bulbs , flat glass , integral gear , NEMA socket photocells) .
HILL STREET ? YEAR SPRING 2003	Along this road has got 8M HERITAGE D.W.WINDSOR cast iron metal posts , post top D.W.WINDSOR STRAND lanterns ( SONT bulbs , round bowl , integral gear , glass refractors ) and these are painted dark green . Along this road as well 10M metal posts with WRTL MRL6 lanterns ( SONT bulbs , NEMA socket photocells) .
This is next to the Cathedral which is next to TRINITY STREET. YEAR SPRING 2001	5M REVO cast iron post with a top entry REVO ? lantern . There were 3 along this road and they had compact FLUORESCENT bulbs in them. There were some wall mounted one on the church wall.
This is next to the Cathedral which is next to TRINITY STREET. YEAR SPRING 2003	This is a photo of the new lantern and bracket . All the 3 old posts have gone and in place of them are new 3 ones which are the same as the old REVO cast iron posts and lanterns and they installed about 10 more along this road as well . The council is half way installing these posts and along one of the roads they did not installed any posts yet and they got paint along the paths to show them where to installed the new posts. All the new posts are painted red and I think these will be painted black . The lanterns have got MH bulbs , miniature 1 part photocells , glass refractors .
FAIRFAX STREET YEAR SPRING 2003	10M metal posts with PHILIPS SGS 204 lanterns ( SONT bulbs , flat glass , integral gear , NEMA socket photocells) . This photo was taken when it was dark .
