Remember this pipe was temporally installed for adjustments to the oil line. Install the hose clamp and silicone coupling to the #2 charge pipe, leaving enough coupling to cover over the entire compressor outlet. Lower it down and slide the silicone coupling over the turbo outlet. Align the 2 bracket holes with the holes on the valve cover. Next, slide the bolts though the spark plug brackets and then though the # 2’s pipe brackets and screw them into the valve cover. From under the car you may tighten the hose clamp that holds the Number 2 pipe to the compressor.
