Installing Turbo Oil Supply line
Remove your oil filter; remove the oil pressure sender switch. Useing Teflon tape on all threads accept flare fittings, wrap the oil sender threads and thread the switch into the supplied brass tee. Now screw in the 1/8th inch nipple and tee into the hole where the sender was removed. Screw it in until tight and locate the flare fitting so it is pointing to about 10 oclock. Route the oil line supplied with the 45 degree fitting to the Tee of the oil sender adapter. Screw the 45-degree hydraulic hose end on the adapter Tee finger tight. The oil line will route under the intake manifold and then over the valve cover at the far drivers side and then down to the turbo oil inlet. A section is steel due to the close proximity to the exhaust manifold. Install the steel line to the Turbo oil inlet. You may bend the steel line to adjust for clearances. Now couple the steel line to the other straight flare fitting on the hydraulic oil line. Just keep everything finger tight for now. Remove the 2 far-left bolts on the valve cover that holds the spark plug wires in place. Install the Number 2 air pipe to the turbo compressor outlet, align the holes on the brackets with the holes that are on the valve cover where you have removed the spark plug wire holder bolts. With this just siting in place look at the oil line to make sure it is clearing the number 2-air pipe and the manifold. If not, adjust the steel oil line accordingly. With the oil line clearing everything remove the #2 charge pipe, tighten all the fittings down. Be sure to use a back up wrench to prevent twisting of the steel line and hydraulic line hose.
