Busy Bees

We have all been busy bees over these last few days.  As Ekrem winds up his business here, Meg and I have been shopping like there's no tomorrow.  While this is not an unusual occurrence for her, I'm not known for my ability to shop endlessly.  I'd rather go in, buy what I need, and get out--with the minimum amount of fuss possible.  We have a full stash of herbals now, as well as a brand new Maya wrap and more Red Raspberry Leaf tea than I know what to do with.  I ordered online for diapers and supplies for our birth kit and now we have them.  Wow--I love cloth diapers!  I can't wait to have a little bum to put in them!

Speaking of little bums, we debated about it, read about it, and finally decided to have a 3D ultrasound, mostly to determine the sex of the baby.  We did that this morning, and guess what--he really is a boy!  So we celebrated with a little party with some friends and some friends-of-friends.  I got to show off my culinary skills and even danced a little while Ekrem and our friend Driss played music.

But now it's late and I'm very sleepy.  I have a full day of shopping ahead of me tomorrow--now that I know who I'm shopping for, it's much easier.  ;-)
