We never did figure out why the steps were carved into the side of shear rock cliffs. This picture was taken from the longest cable car ride in SouthEast Asia and the fastest cable car in all of Asia! While riding on the cable system, you could hear the noises of the jungle animals below. It really did sound like the Jungle Boat ride at Disney World.
